⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – A True Taste of Italy in the Heart of Melton Mowbray Marco Polo is simply outstanding. The food is fabulous – thoughtfully conceived, beautifully cooked, and bursting with authentic Italian flavour. Every dish feels like it’s been crafted with care and passion. The staff are attentive and genuinely welcoming, always making sure their guests are well looked after. The whole team — and the family who run it — go out of their way to make every visit special. It really does feel like a home from home for us; we come so often because it’s just that good. I particularly recommend the Cannelloni, which is wonderfully refreshing and instantly transports me back to Milano. A truly top-class Italian restaurant that never disappoints — fantastic food, exceptional service, and heartfelt hospitality every time.

Marco Polo in Melton is hands down the best restaurant I’ve been to! From the moment I walked in, the cozy atmosphere and beautiful interior made me feel so welcome. The food is absolutely incredible—the pizza and pasta are on another level. You can tell everything is made fresh, and the dough is just perfect. There are so many options on the menu, and every dish I’ve tried has been amazing. The cocktails? Absolutely delicious, with so many to choose from! And the cannoli—easily the best I’ve ever had. Every detail, from the flavors to the service, is spot-on. If you're looking for a place with incredible food, great drinks, and a warm, inviting vibe, Marco Polo is a must-visit!

Our first visit to the new Marco Polo in Melton and we had a super lunch. Lasagne, pepperoni pizza and Penne Arrabiata were all excellent as was the service. Tasty food at very acceptable prices. We thoroughly enjoyed. We will be back.

Please read further down as positive second visit Sadly was going to try this new place, however there at 12pm shutters down, no one answered the phone, sadly won't be getting my business now, at the Harborough and very efficient... Disappointed with the management of Marco Polo Update, have recently visited and booked a table to ensure it was open, sadly timings not altered... However we had a most enjoyable lunch, service was fabulous, good great Thankyou I'm pleased we returned

This is a hidden gem of a place in Melton. I can't believe we haven't been before. When we arrived, my Autistic daughter struggled with the seating and the women greeting us was patient, understanding and attentive with us, offering to rearrange different tables as we was a large group of 7. This meant a lot. As for the food, it was simply amazing. Best pizza (and cocktails) had in a long time, great vegetarian options also. Will definitely be returning. Thank you.

Just had a cracking Italian at Marco Polo. Awesome portions, excellent value for money, excellent menu and beverage selection, friendly staff. It's definitely 1000/1000 from us.

We visited on a Sunday evening, and there were a few tables in. Service was efficient, and food came out quickly. We had a mixture of dishes, pasta, pizza, and chicken nuggets, all come out cooked fresh.

Great variety on the menu. Stopped in for dinner after a trip to nearby twinlakes. Staff really friendly and helpful. Food was lovely, freshly prepared and short wait time.
